Third of the service charge is paid to bind a commitment and the rest is paid at the end of the search. The amount is based on candidate's first year salary.

Our Priority Search service is a cost-effective method of guaranteeing our concerted effort to fill multiple openings or hard-to-fill positions. This is ideal for a fast growing company that has aggressive hiring plans, as service is payable upon the successful placement of the candidate. The charge is a certain percentage of the first year salary of selected candidate.
